Furiva Pets is an online retail store for practical dog and cat products. Some products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. We do not claim that every item is stocked or dispatched from the Philippines or the United States.
Fulfillment and shipping origin
The ship-from location can vary by product, supplier, and inventory availability. Orders may be dispatched from fulfillment locations outside the customer’s country, and items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Shipping destinations and estimates
Furiva Pets currently serves customers in the United States and the Philippines. U.S. standard transit is generally estimated at 7–14 business days after processing. Philippines delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days after processing. Order processing is typically 1–3 business days. Actual shipping charges and the final order total are shown at checkout for the selected destination.
Returns and refunds
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered, contact Furiva Pets within 14 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos or video when available. Return and refund requests are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
