Order Tracking helps you check the latest available status of your Furiva Pets order, including fulfillment progress and shipment information when tracking is available.

View your orders and order status

Sign in using the email address you used at checkout, then select your order to see its current status and any available tracking information. Keep your order confirmation email available because it contains the details associated with your purchase.

Track from your email

You can also open your order confirmation or shipment email and follow the provided link to view your order. When tracking is available, the tracking details are sent to the contact information provided at checkout after shipment.

No tracking update yet?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Tracking may take additional time to update after a package has been handed to the carrier, so a short delay in tracking activity does not by itself mean that an order is lost.

When to contact us

If you cannot find your order, have not received an expected update, or your delivery is taking longer than the current estimate, contact Furiva Pets with your order number and the email used at checkout. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
